Adams House is a detached property, directly on the A19 feeder route into York in the village of Fulford. It is about 200 years old and can accommodate up to 21 guests in a well appointed and comfortable combination of double, twin, triple and family rooms. There is also a single room for the lone traveller.

The rooms are large and airy and benefit from gas fired central heating throughout. For the most part, they are double glazed which reduces traffic noise to ensure an uninterrupted night’s sleep after a busy day exploring the delights of historic York

All of the rooms, apart from the single, are en-suite with shower and/or bath. They are all equipped with tea & coffee making facilities and a colour TV/DVD.

An ample guest’s car park is situated to the rear of the house off road and generally hidden from the main road. The car park can normally take up to 8 cars if they are parked with economy

An ironing board and iron is available for use by guests.  Other facilities available are a shoe cleaning box and hair dryers.
